RETURNS
RIGHT TO RETURN - APPLIES TO CONSUMERS ONLY
You have the legal right to return products within the terms set out below;
Except for any products designated on the Site as final sale or non-returnable, we will accept a return of non-defective products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs under applicable state laws with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition. To return products, you must call (646) 851 2943 or email our Returns Department to obtain a return authorization before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted or processed without a return authorization [Contact Us | Get Laid Beds].Â
The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. We will need to know the details of your original order, including order reference number, name, address, the product details and date of order.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the products to us, unless your products are faulty (See Faulty Products) . If you wish to book a collection through us, the shipping costs incurred will be debited from the final refund to you. We reserve the right to charge an additional collection fee of up to £150.00 per attempt if the pre-arranged and confirmed collection date attempt fails. You will not be held liable for collection failures where the fault lies with us or our preferred courier.
If returning products to us, they must be received undamaged. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product being returned has suitable packaging during transit to ensure it is not damaged. If we receive a return product that is damaged and unacceptable for repurpose, we will need to return the product to the customer. This will also incur a delivery cost at our discretion. A refund will not be processed in this instance.
Returns are not applicable on bespoke, customised or made-to-measure products. However, this will not affect your legal rights as a consumer in relation to made-to-measure products that are faulty. (See Faulty Products)
Returns are not applicable on products that have a protective or hygiene seal (e.g. mattresses and soft bedding accessories) where that seal has been broken. However, this will not affect your legal rights as a consumer in relation to mattresses and soft bedding accessories that are faulty. (See Faulty Products)
REFUNDS
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you and we have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
If you have changed your mind or submitted an incorrect order and have initiated a return (see Rights to Return) we will;
Reimburse you of all payments received from you, excluding the costs of basic delivery and any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery that was not the least expensive type of basic delivery offered.
Refund you without undue delay, and no later than; 14 days after the day we received the product(s) supplied back from you; or 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the product(s).
If your products and/or services have been deemed faulty in agreement with the company and you have initiated a return within the agreed guarantees (see Rights to Return and Faulty Products ) we will;
Reimburse you of all payments received from you, including the costs of basic delivery but excluding any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery that was not the least expensive type of basic delivery offered.
Refund you without undue delay, and no later than; 14 days after the day we received the product(s) supplied back from you; or 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the product(s).
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you think the products and/or services we provide are faulty you should notify us immediately, no later than 30 days from delivery of the products or performance of the services, by contacting us here [Contact Us | Get Laid Beds]. We will do our best to resolve the problem, including (at our option):
Repairing or replacing the defective products or components or services subject to specific product guarantees, the terms of which can be found here (Product Specific Information & Guarantees) and apply to this Contract.
Giving you a price reduction to reflect the defect; or
Giving you a refund of the product (in which case we will ask for the products to be returned to us (see Right to Return).

Note: International shipping prices are charged per bed rather than per order. This is due to the bulky nature and weight of these products.
