We’ll take the time to learn about your room, your style preferences, and how you use your space, from the dimensions and layout of your bedroom to who will be using the bed, your storage requirements, and any challenges you’re trying to solve. We’ll discuss everything from color schemes and existing furniture to the overall look and atmosphere you want to create.

From there, we’ll explore the possibilities together. We’ll take you through our existing collection to find designs that could work for your space, while discussing the details that can make your bed truly yours; from different woods and finishes to alternative leg styles, heights, headboard options, and storage solutions.

If you have a specific vision that isn’t covered by our existing designs, we’ll explore what’s possible through our custom design service. This could mean adapting an existing design or creating something completely unique from scratch, including custom dimensions, bespoke shapes, or additional features such as upholstered headboards and tailored details.

Our aim is to combine your ideas with our craftsmanship and expertise, creating a bed that doesn’t just fit your room, but feels like it was designed specifically for your home.

Any preferences - Come with an idea of bed size, style, storage requirements, budget, and color options if you have them — even a rough idea is helpful.

Dimensions - Measure your room carefully, including ceiling height, baseboard depth, carpet depth, radiator position, and any alcoves. Accurate measurements help us recommend the best fit.

Pictures of your space - Photos of your bedroom from different angles help us understand any layout challenges, lighting, and overall style.

Floor plans - If you’re buying a property off-plan or under construction, bring the floor plans along and we can get your bed ready for when you move in.

Style inspiration - Pinterest boards, Instagram saves, or magazine clippings all help us understand the look you’re aiming for.

You and your partner - If you share your bed, it’s best for both of you to attend so we can make sure your new bed is perfectly suited to you both.

How long do the appointments last for?

Each appointment lasts approximately 30–35 minutes, although as each consultation is tailored to your needs, it could be slightly longer or shorter.

Do you offer follow-up appointments?

Yes. Creating the perfect bed is a considered process, and we’re here to support you throughout the journey, even if you don't purchase a bed during your first consultation. We can arrange a follow-up appointment to refine your design, answer any further questions, and make sure every detail feels right before moving forward. For custom and adapted designs, we’ll share any proposed designs, dimensions, finishes, and pricing with you, giving you the opportunity to review and make any adjustments before your bed goes into production. Our aim is to make sure you feel completely confident in your final design.

How much do you charge for the appointment?

Our initial design consultation is completely complimentary, whether you decide to purchase from us or simply want expert advice on your options.If your requirements involve creating a completely custom bed from scratch, we may recommend a design fee to cover the time involved in developing detailed concepts, drawings, and tailored solutions. This will always be discussed with you upfront before any design work begins, so you’ll have complete clarity before moving forward.

Is there any obligation to buy?

Not at all. Our consultations are about helping you create a bed that’s right for you, not about making a quick sale. We’ll take the time to understand your needs, explore the options available, and provide expert guidance, whether you’re ready to move forward immediately or need time to consider your design.

For us, the most important thing is that you feel confident your final choice is the right one for your home.

Should I order samples before my appointment?

You don’t have to unless you already know what you’re interested in. During your appointment we’ll show you all the options available and end out your preferred options afterwards if you’d prefer.
